BEAR is a WooCommerce bulk editor and product manager: it edits many products at once from one screen, instead of opening each product separately. It is also the first WooCommerce bulk editor with a built-in MCP server, so an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT can work with your catalogue directly.

What people use BEAR for:

  • Change prices for many WooCommerce products at once – set a new price, add or subtract a percentage or a fixed amount
  • Bulk edit stock, SKU, status, categories, tags, attributes and any custom meta field

The opening of the plugin's own description. The full text, installation notes and changelog are on its WordPress.org page.

Latest changelog entry

1.2.6

  • New: a variation’s own image in the Thumbnail column shows a × on hover that removes the image (History keeps it for rollback); with a variation gallery the cell shows its first image faded again.
  • New: with WooCommerce 11.1 or newer, variation galleries can be edited in BEAR: the Gallery column and bulk edit work for variations, and the MCP image tools (woobe_product_images, woobe_set_images, woobe_upload_link and the other image tools) accept a variation id; on older WooCommerce variations keep the lock as before.

Read from the WordPress.org plugin API on , when WordPress 7.1.4 was the current release. WordPress.org rounds active installs into buckets. These are the directory's figures, not my verdict, and I haven't tested this plugin. The author takes donations at their donate page.
