• Add – Let phone and manual order plugins get automated tax for carts they build in the dashboard, through the new woocommerce_services_calculate_admin_ajax_cart_tax filter. Before, these carts showed $0 tax for an address that had not been through checkout yet.
• Fix – When you click Recalculate on an order with a product variation that has its own tax class, save its tax rates under that tax class instead of the main product’s, so the main product’s tax rates are no longer overwritten.
